My experience with Premiere Roofing has been exceptional! Ackman the Supervisor has been awesome, honest, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He has quickly addressed every issue and kept me informed every step of the way. I have recommended Premiere to several neighbors, this is my second roof with them BTW!
I used Premiere Roofing for a new roof after a wind storm and then a subsequent hail storm. Ackman came out to inspect initially and helped me for 3 MONTHS to fight insurance for a new roof. After about 6 or 7 visits to my house for inspections and insurance adjustments, we FINALLY got the new roof. Without Ackman's guidance and positive attitude, I would not have fought insurance, despite the obvious and extensive damage to our roof, and not gotten a new roof. Once we received word insurance would pay for it, Ackman acted quickly and within 4 days I had a new roof and gutters on my house. His team was quick, professional, and cleaned thoroughly. Ackman was very responsive, always on time, and always had a smile on his face. I could not have asked for better service.
Ackman with Premier Roofing arrived at my house at exactly the time we agreed on. He took his time and explained everything that was wrong with my roof. He also provided me with pictures of before and after, which assisted me in understanding what issues I had with my roof. It’s nice to finally find a roofing company that I can trust. Not many businesses concerned about customer service, but Premier Roofing was spot on with customer service and will be the only roofing company I will use.
Ackman was straight forward and informative. He said what his team would do and they did it. Very professional and the team did a great job and they did a wonderful clean up job as well. I would highly recommend Premiere Roofing if you are looking for a professional and reliable roofing company. After discovering soft areas when hanging our Christmas lights we called for a consult. Ackman Aragones came to assess the situation. He is very professional and personable to work with. Our new roof was replaced in a day. The crew arrived early asexpected. Mr Aragones was also present to make sure everything discussed was repaired. He will work with you if you are using home insurance or otherwise.
Premier Roofing was very easy to work with. They followed through with everything they promised. They have a well trained and professional staff. Took care of meeting with Insurance Adjuster and supplements, we didn’t have that worry. I give these guys a 5 star rating. Thank you guys!

Worked with Sam O'Brien and he did a great job.He worked with me even though my insurance company would not! He was on site the day of the installation and never left the premises. I highly recommend this company...they are professional, clean up well, go above and beyond.The job site was left very clean(I have yet to find one roofing nail) and they cleaned out the gutters as well.
