Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of two years of verifiable experience in commercial roofing, including proficiency with a variety of materials such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal panels used in roofs, walls, and soffits. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with General Contracting Superintendents and Consultants. Key responsibilities include managing multiple crews, ordering and overseeing materials, and administering safety programs. A valid and current Texas driver's license is essential.
